Walking with the lions allows for brilliant picture taking opportunities!

When in the Victoria Falls region of Zimbabwe, an attraction you should not miss out on is walking with the lions. After a brief introductory talk on lions in general, and the lions you will be interacting with specifically, you are guided by a number of well-informed guides on a short walk with these felines.

The guides are very patient and extremely well-informed about lions in general. They explain how guests should approach the lions, how to touch them and how to interact with them. Some of the most important issues about how NOT to interact with the lions are addressed in detail.

It is important to remember that these lions are not circus lions and have a mind of their own. When during the walk they feel like taking a short nap, they do just that! The lions are never pressured into doing something they do not want to do which adds to the credibility of the informative walk.

The friendly guides are all close at hand to answer any questions and to take pictures of you interacting with the lions. A safety officer is always on stand-by to assist in any event.

Please feel free to contact us for any assistance in booking your trip to the Victoria Falls!
